In technical aspects, our future colleagues must have skills in C/C++ and a good understanding of multitasking systems. Knowledge of software lifecycle and software developing processes in the automotive industry is a great plus. Also, fluency in English is a must.

Phone Interview

We reviewed your resume and want to get to know about you! During our first brief phone interview, we want to know what you are doing recently, what is your career motivation and your expectations. In this step, you will learn about our job openings and also about us in general terms
5-10 minutes

HR Interview – Competency-Based

In our first face to face interview, we will discuss your experience, educational background, and your career direction. Also, this step will be a mixture of situational and behavioral-based interview which helps us to understand you by extracting your key behaviors from examples of your past experiences and thought processes as they relate to your work at Red Pine.

You might be asked some of the (but not limited to) following questions:

  • Describe a situation in which you effectively developed a solution to a problem by combining different perspectives or approaches
  • Tell us about a time when you overcome a challenging problem within a team
  • What did you do when one of your team member performed below expectation that effects team’s overall performance
  • What did you do when you have little information or no roadmap or very limited resources to complete a specific task
  • Tell us about a time when you had to take an initiative

Be prepared. While answering these kinds of questions please keep in mind that we want to know about;

  • the situation and conditions you were in
  • the actions you took
  • and the results of your actions in the specific examples you gave.

School and work experiences provide great examples. We aware that not everyone has specific examples to discuss from work or school so feel free to use examples from other aspects of your life such as clubs and organizations activities, or volunteer activities etc.

This step also a great way to getting to know Red Pine’s culture, it’s vision and it projects so feel free to ask any question related to Red Pine.

Technical Interview 1

We have a programming test which represents our technical needs for the challenging projects we are dealing with. This test enables us to show you what we need in terms of technical skills and also, helps you to assess yourself.

During this step, you may expect a panel interview. You will discuss your answers with our senior engineers and you will try to solve some cases which are very similar to our daily problems and challenges.

This interview is also an opportunity for you to learn from our experienced team leaders about details of our projects and technologies we are using.
1,5 – 2 Hours

Technical Interview 2 (for senior candidates)

Experienced professionals such as team leaders and senior engineers will attend a phone/skype interview with the technical leaders of the projects of our business partners. This step will focus on technical knowledge and skills.
1 Hour
